Each puppy comes with:

• Up-to-date vaccinations and vet records
• Deworming treatment
• A small starter kit (blanket or toy with mom’s scent, sample food)
• Our ongoing support and guidance

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve a puppy. This ensures your chosen puppy is held for you until adoption day. Payments are accepted via Zelle or through website only. 

We are located in Jacksonville, FL and prefer in-person pickup to ensure the smoothest transition, but delivery or travel arrangements may be possible depending on location. Please contact us to discuss options.

We recommend bringing:

• A secure pet carrier
• A blanket or towel
• A leash/harness for older pups
• Lots of love and excitement!

We understand life can change. If for any reason you’re unable to keep your Shih Tzu, we ask that you contact us first. We’ll work together to find the best solution.
